Tivoli Village at Queensridge will set a new standard for mixed-use developments in Las Vegas and across the country.

This $850 million, 29-acre development - rich with European architectural details - will offer an exclusive destination environment for its tenants, patrons and residents.

• 1.4 million square feet
• 700,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and office space;
  of this approximately:
  • 500,000 square feet of retail restaurant and entertainment space
  • 200,000 square feet of office space
• 18 separate buildings including two 5-story and one 10-story condo buildings: 42 of these condos to be built in the heart of Tivoli Village above retail space to be completed in 2009 and 298 at Tivoli Village’s north end to be completed at a later phase.
• Two-stories of below grade parking providing 3,400 spaces and an additional 600 spaces of surface parking which will provide 4,000 parking spaces total.
